CHUBU is very famous as the area where there are many leading automakers and electric machinery manufactures as well as related subcontractors are concentrated in. ※We have a special discount for exhibitors who purchase more than 10 booths plan as following.
Space during move-in, move-out and exhibition period.
Wall panels
If booths are built side by side, we will offer wall panel for exhibitors as necessary (we will not set the wall paper on the aisle). However, your space will be small only because of wall.
※We also offer “package booth” in reasonable price. Please contact to MECT Office for detail.
Exhibitor pass which will be available during move-in, move-out and exhibition period. (Number of pass given is different in the booth size.)
Invitation ticket
Post exhibit information on exhibitors’ catalog, index and official website.
Booth display height is limited to 2.7m. Basically, the partitions shall not be moved or removed. There is no height limitation for exhibits. Any waste and garbage generated by exhibit spaces during installation, demonstration and removal of exhibits shall be properly disposed of by each other.
Upon receipt of the application, MECT Office will send an invoice to exhibitor. The payment shall be made within one month after receipt of the invoice through a telegraphic transfer to the following account (cash or check payments are unacceptable). ※ However, if you apply in April 2011, payment deadline must be at the end of the month (less than a month). The transfer payment receipt is considered the formal receipt slip evidencing the payment for exhibit rental charge and shall be retained by exhibitor. Exhibitors are responsible for payment of the bank transfer fee.

Exhibitor wishing to cancel or reduce the size of exhibit space are required to forward a confirmation letter describing the reasons to MECT Office by postal mail. Cancellation after April 28th, 2011 (Application deadline), cancel fee will be applied. For details, please see following..

Exhibit booth space will be assigned by the MECT Office after due consideration of the product categories, the structure of the exhibition grounds, the exhibitor’s previous exhibiting record, the requested number of booths, the order of applicaiton, and other factors. Final assignments will be announced at the orientation for exhibitor or directly notified to exhibitors.
